Currently, with the specific design of screws and barrels (of up to 90mm diameter) in our extruders, we can obtain a production that is energy efficient; the interior designs of our machine dies with bi-flow and our cooling rings allows us to obtain a bubble that has unsurpassable stability and quality with a width of up to 2,000mm.

Our production lines can incorporate advanced characteristics such as grooved alimentation, VISCO screws, gravimetric control, solid or liquid dosage (PIB), automatic screen changer, oscillating haul-off, IBC, thickness control, etc.
